Today is mum’s birthday and I’m releasing this series of prints to raise some money for cancer research. As a family we don’t have much luck with cancer. Around 2017 my sister was diagnosed with breast cancer and later ovarian, and this year we lost our wonderful mum to pancreatic. Over the years we have walked marathons as a family to raise money but through fear of my knees I’d like to try something else. I’m going start by selling 20 prints. I’ll release ten this month, and ten next month. At the point in which I made these I was pretty obsessed with gardens, edges borders and control.They are all hand printed by me and each 1/1. They are the only ones available so once they’re gone they’re gone. They are each £250, of which 20% will be donated to MacMillan, at the end I hope to have raised £1000.
